- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During high-demand periods, festivals, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most locations across India.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of your pin code and courier partner coverage.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

- We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values from time to time.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

FridayBasket reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, products, or customers based on operational considerations.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may apply. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and relevant photographs.
We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability, warehouse location, or courier logistics.
